Rapier

The sword has a straight, double-edged blade, ribbed at the center, with a fuller featuring a writing and ricasso featuring two stamps. The iron hilt has counter-curved quillons, decorated with relieved bands and gilt inlays with racemes. The quillon guard features a wide cartouche with relieved border and the surfaces decorated with gilt, inlaid racemes en suite. The disk-shaped parry quillon and guard are inlaid at the edges, while the loop-guard and ring are decorated en suite. The pommel is decorated en suite as well, with relieved frames and the surfaces finely inlaid with gilt racemes.
